This is the age of making or breaking and we at Mumkidz understand this well and so we are particular about what we offer to the kids of this tender age. The sanskars as we say in Indian culture are instilled in the kid from this age only so the kid’s surroundings should be secure and cultured. The details of this package are:

We offer well-trained and certified babysitters in this package to look after the kids with the timings being: 8 AM-6 PM
The assigned nanny will take care of the kid’s eating and sleeping cycles and the bathing & pooping activities (also comprising of the other small necessities of the baby’s care)
The nanny will ensure proper cleanliness and will perform all her duties with proper etiquette without disturbing the home’s course of action in any way
The nanny will ensure some physical activities by taking the kid out for a walk or regular park visits
The kid will be taught Indian Values by the nanny for the cultural knowledge
Mumkidz will also cover the healthcare facilities under this package with regularly scheduled check-ups
In the healthcare sector, we will monitor the kid’s dietary requirements, deficiencies (if any), and most importantly the presence of any disease
Through this growth charts of the kid will be generated so that the parents could have an insight into the kid’s health
Paediatricians and nutritionists designed diet will be administered to the kid to meet the required nutritional needs
Regular sessions will be conducted for the nannies to update them with the new trends
Online sessions with the doctors and coaches will be conducted to teach kids about basic eating and behavioural etiquettes
Expert tutors will be provided to help the kids with academics
The tutors will mould their way of teaching according to the kid’s grasping powers
Tricks and tips for learning and understanding things will be given to the kids
Other personality development and speaking skill development sessions will be conducted on weekends
Screening of the kids for their growth throughout the period will be conducted at regular intervals which will include academic, physical, and basic IQ tests
A goodie bag will be provided by us as a token of care for the kid!

Mumkidz acknowledges and admits that it is their responsibility to take care of the children.
Mumkidz provides services as per the client’s needs and customizes the packages according to the child’s age.
Mumkidz caregivers are not liable to perform any other activities of the house except their registered work.
The replacement period for the caregivers will be after 11 months from the date of joining with a maximum of three replacements.
Everyone needs time to adjust to the new environment. Kindly be patient with the caregiver and treat them calmly. Work can be taught to the caregiver if he/she has the attitude to learn.
Kindly check the caregiver’s bag while at Entry time and Exit time for security reasons if you feel like it.
Mumkidz ensures that all the information shared by the client will be confidential and in safe hands.
Clients cannot register in another childcare organization until the contract is finished if they will do so then no refund will be made.
The clients’ houses should be furnished with cameras and other security appliances so that all the activities of the employee get captured.
Police verification of the caregiver will be done by the clients only to avoid the risk of any criminal background of his/her. There will be no involvement of Mumkidz in this process.
Only three replacements will be provided in a year plan and one replacement in six months plan.
The registration amount is not refundable once it is done.
Clients can pay a year/half-year package fee in installments but with one month’s advance.
An identity proof of the caregiver will be shared with the parents also so that they can cross-verify them.
If the client wants to quit the service of Mumkidz, a refund will be done by deducting the one-month fees.
In healthcare, we will get clients’ children vaccinated with a proper monthly checkup.
